Kevin Casey SELECTED BY THE REALTORS® LAND INSTITUTE Kevin Casey, Iowa Realty, 752 10th St, Marion, Iowa, 52302 has been selected for membership by the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI), headquartered in Chicago, IL. The announcement was made by RLI, which is an affiliate of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Kevin Casey is also a member of the Cedar Rapids Area Association of REALTORS® and the RLI Iowa Chapter. Kevin Casey joins an elite group of over 1,200 land specialists throughout North America. In addition to subscribing to the REALTORS® Code of Ethics, RLI members support the high standards of conduct and experience that directly relate to their specialty as established by the REALTORS® Land Institute Board of Directors. Through RLI Land University, the Institute provides specialty education for members to be current in all aspects of taxation, investment, brokerage, subdividing, and planning regarding agricultural, transitional, recreational, and timberland. This depth of knowledge translates into the highest level of service to prospective purchasers and sellers of land. The REALTORS® Land Institute awards the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation to its members who meet rigorous knowledge and experience requirements. The ALC designation is recognized throughout North America as the pinnacle of achievement for land real estate specialists. RLI members become ALC Candidates upon completing their first RLI Land University course. The REALTORS® Land Institute is an affiliate of the 1,000,000+ member National Association of REALTORS®. It is the only branch of the REALTOR® family focused on land brokerage transactions within five specialized types: (1) farms and ranches; (2) undeveloped tracts of land; (3) transitional and development land; (4) subdivision and wholesaling of lots; and (5) site selection and assemblage of land parcels.
